We may terminate your Focal Point Imaging account or suspend your access to all or part of Focal Point Imaging, without notice, if you violate these terms or if you engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or regulation or is otherwise harmful to the interests of Focal Point Imaging, any other Focal Point Imaging user, or any third party. If any provision of these terms is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms constitute your entire agreement with Focal Point Imaging. Focal Point Imaging reserves the right to make changes to our site, disclaimers, and policies at any time.

Payment
Shopping with Focal Point Imaging is always safe, thanks to our safe shopping guarantee. When you place orders or access your account information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - the same technology that most web sites use to safeguard credit card and other personal information. All of the customer data we collect is similarly protected against unauthorised access.
When you place an order on our site you are effectively offering to buy the product which means that there is no binding contract unless we have cleared your payment. We generate an email during this time but this reply simply confirms we have received your request. Acceptance of your order occurs on payment being confirmed.

Cancellation
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase from Focal Point Imaging, you can obtain a full refund by returning the product to us within 7 working days of the date you received it and in the same condition as when you received it. For returning an item, please contact us by telephone prior to return on 01392 496066 or email shop@focalpointphotographic.co.uk. Once notice of your cancellation has been received and we are in possession of the returned goods, Focal Point Imaging will make a refund of the contract price to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. This will be done within 30 days of the date of cancellation.The cost of returning goods in this situation will be met by the purchaser.
We take all efforts to ensure information listed on the site is accurate, honest and reliable. However, errors and omissions occur and prices and specifications (especially digital products) may be subject to change without prior notice. If you have reason to complain about the accuracy of data in the website you can return goods for a full refund. Replacement
If any item you purchase proves to be faulty during the warranty period (usually 12 months) and needs to be replaced please contact us by telephone prior to return on 01392 496066 or email shop@focalpointphotographic.co.uk. If outside of the UK, carriage costs to return the goods will be met by the customer.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy of your personal information seriously. The data we hold about your purchase is held on a secure database. This data is protected under the Data Protection Act (see our registration details below) and we never sold or shared with any other party. IP addresses are not stored by us.
